[sumo] [List Admin] Mailer annoyances

	Some people are still having trouble receiving and/or sending messages
to the list.  Believe me, it's as frustrating to me as it is to everyone
else.  If you are experiencing problems sending mail please take these
steps:

1) If you send an email to the list and receive an error message back
please forward it to my gmail account.  If you know how to display the
message headers that would be fantastic but if you don't or don't know
what message headers are just forward what you have.

2) If you are sending messages and they seem to just disappear into the
ether try CC'ing or BCC'ing my gmail address.

3) If you aren't receiving messages from the list this is much more
difficult to debug.  Should this be happening to you email me at my
gmail address from the email address that you are using on the list.
Lately there have been a number of bounce errors (which means that the
list tried to deliver the message(s) but something on the receiving end
is not accepting it).  If the list can't deliver the mail after a set
number of tries it will mark your address as excessive bouncing and stop
delivering.  It doesn't unsubscribe you so if you email my gmail address
I can look up your address and re-enable it for you.

	I know this is all very annoying and frustrating.  It is to me as well.
I hate having to depend on things beyond my control.

	Once the Basho is finished I'm going to do a complete and in depth
maintenance on the server to see what I can do to get rid of any
annoyances.
