On Day 11, the Sumo Champ title took the plunge...all the way down to
M5! Maegashira East 5 Toyonoshima defeated Hakuho today, clearing the
way for a Goeido Hatsu Yusho while becoming the *NEW* Sumo Champ!
Now that we're in the late stages of the basho, there's a good chance
that the Sumo Champ title will remain out of reach of Sanyaku for
awhile. The champ defends his newly won title against M3W Kotoshogiku
tomorrow.
