Takasago has already done it. No tears required but I
believe Asashoryu will do the bow.

Because he knows he is a yokozuna after all, the model
for all rikishi. To gain back respect from his peers
and supporters, he will need to do it and he knows it.
But we shall see.

As for the Kyokai accepting anything, Kitanoumi
Rijicho didn't even aknowledge the current Asashoryu
fiasco in his basho opening address on day 1. He
didn't even mention Asashoryu once. 

So there is nothing for Kyokai to accept at the moment
they probably think the matter has been taken care of
and it is all up to Asashoryu to come back healthy
after two basho as long as he behaves.

The basho has already started so let this one go and
let all those wandering Japanese reporters and TV
crews in Mongolia freeze in dark.
