[sumo] Sumo doping test

Why do they wait until 2009? They could start testing right now if they wanted to.
 Their choice indicates to me that they are not very serious about the matter.

Starting in 2009 the rikishi for the first time will have doping tests
during the 6 main basho. The 2nd session of the anti-doping commission
decided on that on the 16th.
