[sumo] Tokitsukaze taken ill

According to current Nishikijima Oyakata, Tokitsukaze collapsed
yesterday upon returning to his heya after being kicked out of the
Kyokai. Apparently, his chronic high blood pressure kicked in. He is in
bed and being treated with medication, added the Oyakata. Tokitsukaze
made no public comments after the punishment was handed down, but
according to Nishikijima, has accepted it. What he is deeply concerned
with are the possible results of the ongoing police inquiry, added
Nishikijima.
