I think what irks the Kyokai more than anything else
is  that this matter was closed as far as the Kyokai
was concerned until that agitator Shukan Gendai
Weekly, guys they are battling in court for a series
of Yaocho allegation, reported back in the beginning
of August that the death of Tokitaizan was was a
result of hazing. 

When the article came out, Tokitsukaze oyakata was
called by Tokitaizan's father if the allegation was
true and he admitted he hit their son with a beer
bottle.  The father called back the police to
investigate further and this is where we are now.

This has given the Shukan Gendai more credibility to
their allegations and is forcing the Kyokai to cover
their back and not able to focus on their case.
