[sumo][adopt] Ryukiyama

After missing three basho and falling from Makushita
52e all the way to Jonidan 110w, my adopted rikishi
Ryukiyama returned to the dohyo with a strong effort,
finishing at 6-1 with an oshidashi win over Jd124e
Tamadaito on day 15.  Hopefully, this will portend a
steady rise up the ranks.
