[sumo] Ichinoya's new position

Thanks to Lynn and Doreen for the information.

If I understood you both correctly, and assuming the okamisan isn't too involved, at a minimum a heya manager is in charge of organizing and scheduling pretty much everything except the actual recruiting and training of rikishi. Did I get this semi-correct? Sounds like a very responsible position to have.
