[sumo] Video stream

Reading the posts on the Forum, it seems that some people are getting 
good streaming video and many are not. I have tried two computers in 
my house and get the 25-second clip from yesterday on both of them. I 
am in Maryland. I wonder if location makes any difference. Where are 
the people located who actually saw today's matches? At this time 
(3:52am EST/5:52pm JST) I presume the last match is done.
