I kind of prefer to see the names rendered into the Latin alphabet to
match the Japanese spelling. It helps me to learn the names and
pronounciations. And I can tell the difference between "Mori" and
"Mouri" on the banzuke.
Of course, no matter how a word is spelled, it doesn't necessarily
follow that it represents the normal (or even "correct") pronounciation.
I live in Merlyn, not too far from Bawmer. :-)
