[sumo] higher quality stream URL

That seems like a good procedure. But when I do that, the picture 
gets bigger but the pixels that make the picture get bigger and the 
picture flickers too much to watch. I usually resize it to an image 
that is about 4x5 inches or 5x6 inches to just where the pixels 
aren't a problem. That also leaves enough screen space to display the 
day's schedule so I can practice reading Japanese.
