[sumo] No English on TV Japan

I have sent the following email to DISH to try and fix a current problem in receiving Sumo coverage.  So far TV Japan has been helpful - DISH has not.  I have had many complaints about our English announcers over the years (except Murray who I always enjoy) but given the option of having them or not I'd choose the former.

Can anyone suggest a way to get through to the DISH people in a way that will generate some action?  Thanks.

"Since my antenna was upgraded I receive TV Japan on Channel 675.  However, while I receive the picture and the Japanese language feed OK, I do not receive English language broadcasts as I did before the upgrade.  Your Customer Service people tell me to change the Alternate Audio Language Preference, but that doesn't fix the problem.  TV Japan tells me that the problem is that your satellite is not transmitting the English feed and that you are going to fix it.  Please take care of this quickly.  I would like to receive the programming that I am paying for."
