[sumo] Sumo on TV

The start time (Pacific coast) is definitely 11pm, and the broadcast is 
the usual 120 minutes, ending at 1am PST. DishNetwork is wrong if it 
shows a 1 hour broadcast.  They commonly have awful errors in their 
guide the week after DST ends.
