Interesting.  I like the sound of Sagatsukasa.   
Shortest current sekitori, shorter than Toyonoshima!
Might be a real  handful for the taller guys.



I didn't read it that Hakuho lost two bouts to Sagatsukasa, Juryo Ryuo  did.
"Training on the 5th: 31 bouts with Juryo Ryuo, Sagatsukasa a.o.
He lost  two in-a-row to 167 cm tall Sagatsukasa and showed some anger."
