This is interesting.  It would be interesting to see what a motivated
Kotooshu could do if he was kadoban for Hatsu after going kyujo or MK in
Kyushu.  We're all familiar now with his (imo) frustrating habit of scraping
single-digit KK's and never threatening the yusho race as an ozeki.  I'm
more concerned with Kaio's kadoban status and whether he is ready for
Kyushu.
