Yes, that's right, Joe. He does have a longer face than is shown in the
photo from the Sadogatake website. He is a very handsome man and I remember
him greeting me several years ago, in English. I was actually astonished at
the difference in appearance between the yusho photo I see every day when I
am in Japan in the Ryogoku station and the very imposing, and striking
figure he is as the older man (actually a bit younger than me)that I spoke
to every day at the basho for several years.

I took a photo of the Yusho portrait at Ryogoku Station this evening and you

I actually once talked to him for a while and my
impression of him was he had a very long face with
gravel voice so that made it rather difficult to
understand him.
