What if...Kotomitsuki wins the yusho at 14-1.  That would be only 32 wins
over the last 3 bashos.  He might be kept at Sekiwake. Then what if in July
he wins his back-to-bask yushos.  Would he be elevated from Sekiwake to
Yokozuna or would the kyokai make him an Ozeki and make him get a third
yusho in a row?
