[sumo] Spoiler Day 10

But just think how this will further fuel the "yaocho" rumors! Or is it the
shinpan that are involved????

Actually, as much as I love the yokozuna, it seemed to me, being there live,
as well, but not back to my hotel so quickly to report, given the throngs
leaving the Kokugikan (and I'm pretty fast), Asashoryu lost by the
arbitrarily enforced "dead man" rule. Frankly, I'm glad because I think
being the lone yokozuna is taking its toll on him. And other than
Chiyotaikai or Wakanosato :-) who else but Hakuho could be a worthier
yokozuna?

A playoff would be nice, and if Kotooshu pulls his "jump to the other side
of the dohyo" henka again meeting Hakuho, there just might be one. Very
interesting and exciting.

And by the way, did you see that filthy look that Kotooshu gave to Ama after
Ama's very minor henka, but very strong sumo? What goes around comes around.

And also by the way, this is not above me, who can be called an artist in
her own professional field. I hope that was tongue-in-cheek, Buta Beya.
(isn't "buta" pig??? I get buta kimchee as a side dish which is pork
kimchee.)

Ready for the flames now,

Sumobaba, sad that Asa lost, but happy for Hakuho, who is also a really cool
guy!

So it's the 'dead body' rule again. 2nd time in 2 basho that Asa has fallen
foul of this controversial rule (v Miyabiyama in March) where you lose
despite your opponent touching down/out first.
