This is a list of the sekitori rikishi who, according to the NSK
website, will be absent on Day 1 of the Hatsu Basho.  If the NSK
holds to form, the day 1 absences for the other ranks will be
released within the next 24 hours.

Maegashira West 13 BARUTO has withdrawn.

The rest of the Makuuchi rikishi and all of the Juryo rikishi are
apparently going to give it a go.
