[sumo] Dumb Hatsu questions before Haru starts

He is Orimpikku Jijii. (Olympics Grandfather). He is a major fan of
Japanese sport, and a big cheerleader for them. He can often be seen
at basho sat behind the dohyo. He is particularly animated during
Yokozuna dohyo-iris.
Despite rumours to the contrary, he is friendly to foreigners (well,
he was very friendly with me, when I asked him to have my photo taken
with him, his hat and his fan a couple of years back in Osaka - and I
have heard similar tales from other 'gaijin').
