Sekitori-Oracle and Sekitori_Quadrumvirate are here:

Thanks to Kofuji I was allowed to place it on sumogames.com server.
Right now you can create an account on this site and then register for Haru
basho and make your picks for Sekitori Oracle.
You can also register for Sekitori-Q , but there is no torikumi yet, so you
can't send any picks for this game yet.
During registration don't forget to add your shikona for games you are going
to play and also your nationality.
There is functionallity that sends confirmation e-mails and allows sending
e-mail messages to me, but didnt test it on sumogames server yet.
