Just to follow up on what Bryan said, If you call comcast they will probably
tell you that you have to change the SAP (second audio program) on your TV.
They haven't a clue. If after you go to the menu,audio & change to any other
language & it still doesn't work, it's at comcast's end. I've been through
this & will be happy to send you more info if needed.
