[sumo] TV-Japan Question

You may remember the Woodstock-beya recently returned to Atlanta.  Rather
than getting Dish TV service for TV-Japan, I opted for Comcast, who carries
TV-Japan as a premium channel.  The only problem is, they only seem to carry
the Japanese language feed.  The cable remote doesn't seem to offer any
alternate audio.  The on-screen menus also offer no help.  I called the
Comcast service center.  The operator didn't know, and her supervisor didn't
know either.

 

Do any of you get the alternate language (English) with Comcast?  Dish and
Time-Warner offer it.  It seems strange that Comcast doesn't have a
solution.  Perhaps a fancier remote?  Any ideas out there?
