[sumo] Musashigawa kanreki dohyo-iri

Where does the red tsuna come from?  Do the Oyakata's just pass it around,
or do they make a special one for each occasion?  We never hear about the
big hoopla in making the red one, so I was just curious.

Can he do it again in February, when he actually turns 60, or it a 
one-time-only thing?
