Fujinoshin (Jinmaku Oyakata) fought out of Kokonoe
Beya, where I'm sure he had plenty of experience
making Tsunas for both Chiyonofuji (Kokonoe Oyakata)
and Hokutoumi (Hakkaku Oyakata).
