Kotomitsuki is promoted to Ozeki.

  Kotomitsuki is told, by representatives of the Sumo Kyoukai, that he 
was unanimously elected to the rank of ozeki. Kotomitsuki gives a short 
acceptance speech, then gives interviews and begins a celebration in his 
heya.
