Sorry this took so long folks. There was an error in the final scoring that
needed to be corrected. Everything is fixed now so I can finally present the
end of Basho standings along with the equivalent Win/Loss records.
Scoring was back to normal this basho (thank god), giving us a good balance
between KK and MK records, as well as a nice spread in the W-L column.
Makuuchi: 1264.53
Juryo: 1260.46
Makushita: 1236.41
Jonokuchi: 1257.90
MAKUUCHI: Fukurou not only captured the top division Yusho, but also turned
in the best score of any player in all four divisions combined, edging out
Hakanonami from Makushita by a single point in that catagory. So
congratulations to the M9w for this double accomplishment. Ulsimitsuki was
the runner up with an equivalent 12-3 record. Ulsi-san has met the minimum
requirement of 30 wins over 3 basho from Sanyaku to achieve promotion to
Ozeki. His name shall be brought before the promotion committee for
approval.

points over runner-up Yanen. It looks like there will be at least five
openings in the Juryo division. Mmikasazuma, Senpai, Onigashima, Meyeryu and

JONOKUCHI: Fay_Kotonowaka wins the title in the ever shrinking bottom
division by a comfortable 32 point margin over Daninowaka. Fay may have the
honor of being the last Jonokuchi winner for some time to come, as the
division will likely get merged with Makushita for next basho unless there
is a large influx of new players.
