[sumo] Streaming Video Techie Question

I'm no techie, but I've seen the two people at work in a little cubby-hole under the 
seats, and it is a very simple set-up. Naturally for the out-of-town basho the Kyokai uses 
a small temporary installation which I assume is rented locally. In Tokyo it is different, 
as they own the Kokugikan and can have a much bigger installation.
