[sumo] Poor quality videos

Small sized videos these days are still needed I think.  "Low quality" 
isn't a condemnation anymore, it's a format.  People who habitually post 
videos to Usenet or Bittorrent embed the initials "LQ" or "HQ" and the 
like right in the file name so you can choose.  Most of the time it is a 
good idea to consider providing both types since the HQ videos are 
time-consuming to download, and some viewers won't be happy with just 
the LQ ones.

Even though sumo matches last only a few seconds, there is a lot 
happening, and I've gotten fond of viewing and re-viewing the slow 
motion playback, trying to find all the lost holds, the shifts of 
balance, all the things that I imagine the rikishis are looking for when 
they review the matches themselves.  That pretty much can only be done 
with the HQ videos.

On the other hand, if you just want to quickly know who won, the short 
LQ videos are probably perfect.
