Why on earth would you think I am angry or upset?  I'm not upset in the 
least.  I'm glad that full size videos will be available.  I'm grateful 
that someone else will be doing that work. In place of what I was doing 
I'll do something else.  Just my saying that might seem like I would 
have to be disappointed, but I insist that I'm not.  This kind of thing 
goes on all the time on the internet where one person begins doing a 
more complete job of something, or higher quality, and someone else 
withdraws because they see that their work would be a duplication.  It's 
happened to me a dozen times and it is totally normal and I expect it. 
I just hope that the person doing the better job continues, and can keep 
quality high.  It looks like Dave can do it fine since he has had lots 
of experience.  Email is a terrible medium because it is possible to 
read expression into the emails that was never intended, I guess that is 
why all the smilies :-)  I'm afraid I'm an overly serious person, I take 
sumo seriously, my video hobby seriously, my grandchildren seriously... 
(those two girls are the only people on the planet who think "Granny 
Baba" is a very funny person...) so for the record - I'm happy to change 
my plans.   I started doing the 1 or 2 videos per day thing because 
there were no quality videos online at all.  I'm pretty opinionated 
about video quality.  People who love sumo shouldn't have to depend on 
clips like terrible 240x160 pixel Realmedia clips that only show the 
match from the tachiai to the end.  That's what got me started. Dave's 
640x480 xvid files will be perfect and that's good news for everyone, 
including me.  If it is my "commentary" that you'll miss, then in that 
case you can try to get me to post commentary as text messages in the 
mailing list, but I find it hard to believe that my commentary was 
making that much difference.

By the way, did you send two messages, one using the phrase "shorts in a 
knot" and the other "knickers in a knot"?  It made me smile. I bet all 
the Americans on this list know what knickers are.  So there's no need 
to internationalize the term. Do translation software sites properly 
translate the word into other languages? Is there anyone here who did 
not know what knickers are? :-)
