I don't think there are typhoons around in Switzerland - this at least where
the site is located or the owner (??). The main site is also up, just the
sumo-section has problems. If the server would be located in JPN, I don't
think that the problems are typhoon-related either, otherwise this one day
down, one day up and down again pattern wouldn't make sense. Or is the
second time quake related? Maybe the fire in the nuclear power plant after
the quake today?
