[sumo] Day 6 spoiled!

Not to join the "I hate Oshu" club ('cause I don't), but I have to admit
I was a bit annoyed at him the other day. I believe it was his match against
Toyonoshima where he won with a uwatenage. While Toyonoshima's arm
was still locked, he rolled right over it. It was really, really lucky that it
didn't break.

I was quite stunned. My feeling was that an ozeki should have the
situational awareness to realize that this was a bad time to roll.
Yes, he would have gotten a face full of dirt, but it is preferrable
to hurting your opponent.

My feeling about Kotooshu is similar to my feeling about Baruto. You
get they really massively huge Europeans coming in and they do
really well because of their physical attributes. But I think they move
up the banzuke too fast for their own good. They haven't learned the
skills that they need at the top.

Kotooshu would have been better to have waited at least another
year before Ozeki. I haven't seen the matches yet, so it will
be interesting to see the henka. I was impressed that Kaio was
absolutely disgusted with himself after a partial henka a couple
of days ago. Then the next day he came out with extremely good
straight ahead sumo.

We can only hope that Oshu will do that tomorrow.
