[sumo] More On Hakuho, With Writer's Opinion

No worms here.  I agree 200%.  Sumo needs a lot of new policies.  I know 
I've seen it stated by the old guard around here that sumo goes through 
its ups and downs in popularity, but I can't see how it can remain viable 
given the current downward spiral.
