It's hard to tell.  It depends on who gave the initial cause of death.
If it was the hospital, we have to treat cardiac ischemia as a
possibility, but not the only possibility.  Nothing will be known for
sure until the results of a proper autopsy are revealed.  I don't know
how things are done in Japan but I have the feeling that the family is
going to be in charge of whether those results are announced.
