As a psychiatric nurse, I find it a stretch to believe that he is
anything other than incredibly neurotic with his various compulsive
physical behaviors. It is not uncommon that these behaviors become
more intense. This is definitely not an act. He cannot control
himself. To say "relax" is to say xycpwklvmy. The same goes to our
beloved Phil.
