Absolutely.  I agree totally.  Motivation and demotivation are what we 
can observe, not corruption.

As with any sport, you cannot rely on any evidence at all except for the 
exchange of money.  If the dirtrag newspapers want to uncover something, 
all they have to do is to get evidence showing actual transfer of money. 
  No other evidence will ever be enough.
