[sumo] new game -- more

That would be exceedingly difficult to keep track of, not to mention
that it would take a very long time due to the lack of bouts in the
lower divisions (in comparison to sekitori). I also think there would
be a FAR higher probability of the torch getting lost somewhere due to
retirement in comparison to the sekitori.

Where was that new game again? Once a year is my type of game!
