[sumo] [OT] Japanese Dining in DC

Hi all,

sorry to be off topic (hope the OT tag was good enough), but i figured this
would be the best place to go with the question i am about to ask, so here
goes:

Does anyone know where there is good Japanese dining in Washington DC?
(sushi, noodles, curry rice, steak,

here's why i ask:  My in-laws (Japanese) are in the USA for the first time
ever (my wife's been here for 17 years), and we are going to DC tomorrow to
do the White House, Various Memorials and Smithsonian tour. they're not too
keen on regular American food, so we've been trying to get as close to home
as we can. American food, what with it's dairy in just about everything is
just too heavy for them, apparently. anyway, we are intending to make lunch
our main meal in DC, so can anyone help me out with this?
