[sumo] List archive search now available

Hi Joe,

I've still got all of the raw ML archive files that I used to 
build the old list archive on banzuke.com.  If you have a way
to integrate them into your archive, I can find a way to deliver
the files to you.  The data I have is almost complete for the
entire life of the ML from 1993 to when you took over.
