[sumo] [games] Banzuke updated for Sekitori games

In case some players of Sekitori-Toto/Oracle/Quadrumvirate aren't members of the Sumoforum: Due to time constraints on Zenjimoto's part I've been allowed to take over as the banzuke maker with Zenjimoto taking on a more "pure" Rijicho-like role for the three games, and you can now find updated rankings for them here:

Before the inevitable question comes - Oracle and Quadrumvirate *may* return for play in Haru Basho, but as I'm not involved in the automation side I'm not really able to say anything definitive.
