The special rijikai session decided today to opt for a defamation of 
character civil suit against Shukan Gendai's editor in chief, writers 
and Kodansha the publisher. The decision was reached unanimously by all 
17 members. Ben will get all the papers organized and will present the 
case to the Tokyo district court. The co-plaintiffs will be the 17 named 
rikishi and the NSK. They will be asking for monetary compensation and a 
public apology.
