Personnally I doubt they would go on a full frontal
assault on the Shukan Gendai and its publisher. It has
never been their modus operandi.  They will find some
little piece of the allegations they know they can
"prove" it's untrue. 

Besides I am not sure if I want to have someone who
can be as bombastic as Asashoryu on the stand for days
as he could be liable to do a ketaguri on their editor
any moment.
