Actually, the list of the supposedly "clean" Makuuchi rikishi was given in the first Shukan Gendai article:

Aminishiki
Dejima
Futeno
Homasho
Iwakiyama
Kakizoe
Kisenosato
Takamisakari
Takekaze
Tamakasuga
Tamanoshima
Tochinonada

It's easy to see that the Kyushu and Hatsu allegations are both consistent with that, if nothing else.
