[sumo] Yaocho act 4 - Final three rikishi to be qyuestioned

The final three to be interviewed are Hakuhou, Kyokutenhou and 
Kisenosato. The first two , for "being knowingly involved in yaocho in 
January" as the article states, and Kisenosato for being a gachinko nerd 
with round glasses. "These rikishi will be the last to be questioned, 
among those that were specifically named in the article. I'd like to 
hear what they have to say and then evaluate the legality of the 
article", said Ben Goshi the Kyokai lawyer from Goshi, Goshi and Rosenberg.
The Kyokai is expected to reach a decision on what to do by the middle 
of next week.
