Is that what "gachinko" means?  In Joe Kuroda's original message he quotes:

 >out of the 15
 >bouts, there were only four bouts which were Gachinko
 >(not fixed).

Joe implies that "gachinko" refers to something that is subject to 
chance or skill, as opposed to being predetermined. Is that the case?
