[sumo] Chiyotaikai Question

Larry,

I don't think you missed it as I missed it too, I guess for not being on the 
forum.  My inbox had no ML info on the basho from day 9 through 15 and then just 
a few posts about this event/outcome.  I still don't really know what happened 
there on senshuraku or towards the end.  Maybe someone could enlighten us.
