Okay how about another informative post for you. I have had it with this 
list. All of it is just a bunch of BULLSHIT. Steroids? Baseball? I will go 
to the Sumo forum and get my information. Oh sure their is bullshit on the 
forum but at least I can avoid the pointless threads and also the idiots 
that create them. I dropped off the list for four months and I did not miss 
it one bit. Now I know why! I want to thank all of you that have given me a 
'wake up call'. All of you trolls will have to get your food elsewhere.
