Today, the Vincent report on steroid use in baseball was released.

I bring this up only to ridicule Joshua's nonsensical personal
attacks and accusations of spreading misinformation. Such personal
attacks most often come from overassured knowitalls who think they
are experts in subjects only because they can perform internet
searches. It is more likely that people who make factual errors do
not do so intentionally. To call them out deliberately, without
respectfully addressing the contention, will only make you look as
foolish and naive as Joshua, now that the Mitchell report is out.
Joshua owes this mailing list a sincere apology for spreading
misinformation.

Refer to the Mitchell report, section IV. Early Indications of
Steroid Use in Baseball (1988 to August 1998) Part D. pg 68,
onwards. I have a little more faith in Senator Mitchell's
abilities than in Joshua's. The report details press reports about
possible steroid use during the period of time from 1988 to 1998.

Joshua was relentless in his accusations of misinformation, because
of his own research that found articles on steroid use in baseball
well after 1996, and of course, deliberately ignoring my use of the
word, "era". He followed those accusations by degenerating into
nonsensical personal attacks. The Mitchell report details a number
of earlier press articles that referred to the possibility that
players were juiced. Joshua's research was faulty and mediocre at
best, and in fact it was Joshua himself who was spreading
misinformation.

So, when attacking others personally in the future, it is better
that you make sure your statements are factual, otherwise you may
come close to pulling a Joshua, and you wouldn't want to look that
foolish. Now, let's see if Joshua can suck it up like he should,
and do those steroid users one better by apologizing to this
mailing list for spreading misinformation about reports of steroid
use in baseball. And if he can surprise me by apologizing for his
gutter level personal attacks that were based on his faulty
research.
