Not to mention the assumption that the other shareholders in the Kyokai (aka oyakata) --
the ones who elected Kitanoumi as rijicho -- are not allowed to have opinions of their own and must 
take orders from him? The Kyokai is not is not an impersonal machine, nor is it a one-man show; it is 
a group of individuals with voting rights and a fair amount of autonomy.
