[sumo] August 17th-Asa awaits treament

Barbara,

I tend to agree with your conclusion.

IMO, Asa controls his own destiny.
Either, he is really mentally sick, and, refusing to see doctors, and seek
medical treatment
will not get him to be ready by January. Basically, he is finished.
Or, he is mentally fine and playing with their heads, but now, does not know
how to get
out of this mess and saving face. Or afraid that the doctors would
eventually find out that
he was pulling a fast one...

The one solution, that probably could save him, if he picks himself up by
the bootstraps,
immerse himself back into sumo and train hard every day, ignoring the press.
The daily
physical work out would probably do his mind a lot of good,
 and I would hope he could regain his focus.

The longer this goes on, the worst the outcome.
